KCL Research Team
Esther is a Research Assistant on the Bridging Divides project and helps with all things communications and social media.
Alongside her role on the project, Esther is completing a PhD at King’s College London. Her research focuses on racial inequalities in adolescent mental health, particularly the experiences of Black young people and the factors that shape whether, where and how they seek support. She is especially interested in mental health inequalities, young people’s experiences, participatory research and working with communities to ensure research is relevant and meaningful to the people it aims to support.
Outside of work, Esther enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking (and eating!), travelling and finding new activities to try out.
