Devi (she/her) is a post-doctoral research associate on Bridging Divides, working on project co-ordination, school engagement, and leading part of the quantitative work package. Devi’s research background is in social policy, education psychology, and psychometrics, in particular working with large-scale surveys and applying quantitative methods to understand domains and drivers of young people’s wellbeing. Devi is also interested in working with schools and young people to better apply research in real-world school contexts.

Outside of work, Devi can be found swimming, reading, or traveling  (ideally all at once on a sunny beach somewhere).
