Dan (he/him) is a PhD Student and Research Assistant for the Bridging Divides project. He is researching the mental health and wellbeing of transgender, non-binary and gender-diverse young people, and with Bridging Divides specifically, he is also looking at how we can 'measure' gender in ways that respect the fluidity and diversity of identities across cross-cultural settings. He has previously worked on separate youth mental health projects in both London and Tokyo, so he is especially excited to be working on one exploring the different experiences of young people growing up in these two cities!

When he’s not working, Dan can be found jogging, gardening, drawing, or playing (probably too many) old video games.
