We will focus on the use of existing data from multiple longitudinal population-based studies. Using data on indicators related to sexism at multiple levels, we will build relevant, novel indices of sexism to better understand the prevalence and impact of sexism across different intersectional strata.
we will also provide new insights
on the contribution of these indices and indicators to the gender gap in youth mental health, using causality-informed quantitative approaches.
